General Job Description Receipt, release and shipment of cargo;Provide support in the definition, review, implementation and improvement of organizational processes, operational flows and performance indicators of the sector;Issuing reports of loads in the warehouse and en route of vendors drivers with daily accountability of the operational activities and routines of the sector;Support in coordination of operational teams activities (Handlers);Monitoring Vendors Drivers activities;Control and handling of pending issues and returns;Monitoring of indicators and accountability to management and external customers; when necessary prepare material and presentations, including participation in meetings with customers;May be required to perform other duties as assigned.Education:
• High school diploma/equivalent. Proficiency in English.
• Valid Drivers License and good driving record.

Experience:
One (1) year clerical experience.

• Data entry, and/or general office skills.
• Good human relations, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Clear and articulate speaking voice.
• Accuracy & Attention to Detail.
• Good Microsoft Office & PC Skills in particular Excel.
• Good Planning & Organizing Skills.
