A background in business administration, economics, engineering, or related fields is required. Fluency or advanced proficiency in English is mandatory. The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and collaborate effectively with various teams is essential. Prior experience and knowledge in the fashion industry will be considered a significant advantage.Responsibilities:? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, assortment strategies, and forecasts.? Develop and maintain forecasting models to support business decisions.? Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations.? Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems.?
