About The Role
We are seeking a talented PPC Specialist to join our Paid Media team. This mid-level position will play a key role in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns for our clients, ensuring strong performance and alignment with their business goals. You will handle a diverse portfolio of accounts, collaborating closely with both junior and senior team members to drive results and contribute to the overall success of our campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Manage, optimize, and scale PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising channels.Monitor key metrics like CPL and ROI, implementing strategies to improve performance.Support 20-25 client accounts with a focus on driving successful campaign outcomes.
Client Interaction:
Regularly communicate with clients to discuss campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights based on campaign data.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Senior PPC Specialist and broader marketing team, including SEO, content, and design teams, to ensure integrated campaign efforts.Assist in executing cohesive strategies across multiple channels.
Mentorship and Training:
Provide guidance and share best practices with Jr. PPC Specialists to help them grow their skills.Collaborate with senior team members to ensure consistent application of PPC strategies across accounts.
Strategy Development:
Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and new technologies to keep campaigns competitive.Assist in developing and improving processes to enhance efficiency and performance across the team.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns, with a proven track record of success.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.Experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar analytics platforms.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex campaign strategies and performance insights to clients.Ability to manage multiple client accounts and balance priorities effectively.Certifications in Google Ads or other relevant platforms are preferred.
