You will work independently to analyze situations or data and make timely technical decisions while ensuring quality conduct of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and conduct scientific research in the field of Skin Health focusing on Face & Body Projects utilizing advanced techniques and methodologies.Design and execute experiments to investigate and analyze complex scientific problems, and develop innovative solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scientific strategies and initiatives.Communicate scientific findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting at conferences and publishing in scientific journals.Mentor and train junior scientists, providing guidance and support to facilitate their technical growth and development.Continuously improve the development of new or refined materials, processes, products, and scientific procedures.Ensure high-quality conduct of projects, including design, data summary and interpretation, report and manuscript preparation and review, and adherence to applicable regulations.Analyze data and complex situations involving the evaluation of tangible and identifiable variables to arrive at creative and effective solutions.Make significant contributions at the national level through scientific literature and conferences.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsMasters Degree or equivalent in relevant field, with 6-8 years of related experience.Proven track record of conducting and leading scientific research.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Desired QualificationsExpertise in formulation and methodologies relevant to Skin Health.Experience in a product development setting is desired.Proficiency in cGMPs, word processing programs (e.g., WORD), spreadsheet applications (e.g., EXCEL), and data-based documentation systems (e.g., CONNECT, EDM, etc.) is a preference.Strong leadership, with a passion for developing and supporting the technical growth of junior scientists.Strong written and oral communication skills are required.Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities successfully.What's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $XXX to $YYY.Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!Learning & Development Opportunities.Employee Resource Groups.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
