This role partners closely with cross-functional HR teams to document, analyze, and optimize end-to-end processes, ensuring they align with global standards, legal requirements, and the company's strategic goals. The position focuses on driving continuous improvements within HR operations while prioritizing the employee experience.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHR Process Documentation and Gap Analysis: Create comprehensive documentation for HR policies and processes, conducting gap analyses to ensure alignment with organizational goals, specifically in the LATAM region.Standardization and Prioritization: Work with HR leadership to prioritize and standardize over 200 HR processes, ensuring consistency across all regions.Process Ownership: Define clear ownership for HR processes, ensuring that all roles and responsibilities are well-documented and understood by the teams involved.HR Process Innovation: Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration in HR workflows, contributing to the HR AI Roadmap to improve operational efficiency.Employee Experience Enhancement: Implement process improvements that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, always considering the impact on the workforce.Global Scalability: Ensure that process improvements are scalable and globally applicable, while adapting to regional legal requirements where necessary.Governance and Compliance: Establish governance structures to review and audit HR processes regularly, ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.Metrics and Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze data to measure the impact of process improvements on key HR performance indicators and make adjustments where necessary.Training and Change Management: Provide training and ongoing support for HR teams, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new or improved processes.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSExtensive experience in HR processes, including payroll and compliance, with a focus on process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Kaizen.Strong analytical abilities to interpret HR data and metrics, driving informed decision-making for further improvements.Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex process changes effectively to various stakeholders.Expertise in change management, ensuring seamless transitions during HR process enhancements.Attention to detail in ensuring all processes adhere to internal and external compliance requirements.A problem-solving approach, with the ability to incorporate stakeholder feedback and resolve process challenges.Experience working collaboratively across different teams to assess workflows and implement targeted improvements.A strong focus on the employee experience, ensuring all process changes benefit engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.Growth mindset, open to new methods, and experienced in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Iron Mountain is committed to intentionally creating and supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce.
