You will be responsible for Develop robust negotiation strategies and cost targets by leveraging market dynamics, industry benchmarks, and key trends. Influences stakeholders to adopt consistent and impactful execution practices. Manage strategic, relevant, and critical sourcing categories, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Drive the development and implementation of category strategies and procurement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains to support Nubank's long-term growth. Leverage technology and analytical tools to enhance category management and decision-making processes. Analyze procurement data and KPIs, generate reports and dashboards, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making. Support efficiency ratio goals through value-driven negotiation strategies. Drill down on Nubank's category budget to analyze spending patterns and uncover hidden cost efficiency opportunities. Anticipate business risks and implement mitigation strategies within the category. Be a key contributor to the strategic direction of Procurement, driving continuous improvement and organizational change initiatives.
