**Who are you?**:
- You have at least three years of significant experience in implementing and troubleshooting SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, People Analytics, or Integration.
- You hold a university degree or equivalent and possess complete proficiency in English.
- You demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills, prioritizing customer value and an end-to-end service mindset.
- You are passionate about driving strategic and technological transformation, with a focus on achieving real impact.
- You are familiar with project management and maintenance management principles and thrive in cross-functional collaboration.
- You are a team player who values knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
**What you will do**:
As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you'll collaborate with global teams across HR and IT within an agile methodology to optimize HR processes and deliver tailored solutions, while managing projects and ongoing support for seamless integration. The Product team, working closely with key roles, ensures that SuccessFactors solutions align with business needs, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Employee Central: Drive the change management and optimization of core HR functionalities.
- Onboarding: Streamline onboarding processes for new employees.
- People Analytics: Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights for HR strategies.
