**The Role:
The Program Team is responsible for the diligent management of the assigned program/s including client servicing, service delivery, exceptions processing, program monitoring and risks reporting.
**How You Will Make an Impact
- Responsible for the daily tasks within the program.
- Monitoring the program processes.
- Train program's stakeholders on GSCF's services and systems.
- Evaluate and issue change requests and review them with the client.
- Ensure agreements (statement of works, changes requests, authorization matrix, function & notification matrixes) are implemented and monitored.
- Ensure agreements and all program relevant manuals are updated regularly.
- Timely reporting/escalating of risks, exceptions, incidents, opportunities to the superior.
- User acceptance testing of the new features to be released to production.
- Develop and maintain professional relationship with the business partners.
- Adhere to company & operations policies. Contribute to maintaining a positive, transparent, open and creative thinking working environment.

- Fluent in English (and Spanish as needed).
