This vital role involves direct engagement with clients, leading steering committees, and a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver optimal solutions for digital transformation. As a Project Director, you will also manage a team of Project Managers and participate in sales activities, positioning yourself as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted advisor in the field.Responsibilities:Lead the execution and delivery of complex projects, working closely with stakeholders and customers at various organizational levels.Offer insights to prospective clients, manage existing relationships, and support the sales team with business development efforts.Analyze internal and external environments to validate strategies, track progress, and identify significant opportunities and risks.Develop a deep understanding of clients' operations and systems to propose effective solutions.Conduct on-site client visits for proposal discussions and requirement gathering sessions.Manage and direct all aspects of the project lifecycle, including contract understanding, SOW creation, and project scope realization.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.Address escalations effectively, perform root cause analyses, and achieve positive results.Proactively manage project scope changes, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans.Keep the development team informed of any project direction changes.Oversee a team of Project Managers, ensuring the successful delivery of each account managed.Collaborate with Delivery Center Leads to design the right engagement approach and scope for clients.Work with Account Managers and Delivery Center Leads on business development and contracting processes, with a focus on profitability.Take ownership of customer satisfaction survey scores and strive to enhance client relationships.Lead client meetings to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.RequirementsExtensive experience in a Project Director or Program Manager role, with a comprehensive understanding of project development, execution, and business development.Exceptional negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.A strong background in project management with a focus on delivering software application implementations and integrations.Experience in leading remote and distributed teams.Outstanding customer-facing skills and a history of working on Digital Transformation projects and services.Familiarity with Salesforce solutions is highly desirable.Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required.Languages:SpanishPortugueseThe ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership qualities and the ability to foster strong client relationships.
