Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
Low turnover rate Proposal Writing: Research, write, and edit proposals for local U.S. government bids.
Tailor content to client needs while ensuring compliance with all solicitation requirements.
Work closely with internal teams to design and include visuals in proposals.
Review and edit proposals to ensure consistency and quality.
Format information clearly and concisely in alignment with bid requirements.
Proposal Assessment: Analyze and evaluate proposal opportunities.
Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities within the U.S. government space.
Manage and develop proposal schedules, timelines, and templates.
Attend pre-bid/proposal conferences as required.
General Responsibilities: Attend weekly meetings to provide updates on proposal progress.
Prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.
Maintain a library of resources for proposal development.
Qualifications: Degree in English, Journalism, Communications , or related fields (Translation also considered relevant).
Writing and/or editing experience is required.
Experience in U.S. government agencies or public procurement is a plus.
Familiarity with Adobe, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint) is essential.
Exceptional communication skills, ability to write persuasively, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a matrixed, team-oriented setting.
Proficiency in the English language is mandatory.
