**Job Summary**:
**Team Leadership & Mentorship**
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and facilitate ongoing training to ensure continuous skill development.
**Quality Assurance Strategy & Process Improvement**
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize QA workflows to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align QA processes with campaign and business objectives.
**Campaign Review & Approval**
- Oversee the review and approval process for high-priority and complex campaigns, acting as the final quality check.
- Ensure all campaign communications are error-free, adhere to brand standards, and are properly targeted and segmented.
- Coordinate closely with compliance teams to guarantee that communications meet legal and regulatory standards.
**Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting**
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign execution and rapid resolution of QA issues.
- Develop and maintain QA documentation, including detailed test cases and scenario checklists.
Provide regular reporting on QA metrics and quality standards adherence, using insights to suggest improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
