The Position: Quality Engineer, or similar career responsible for establishing, implementing, managing, and verifying standards and/or requirements for customer and product regulatory PV projects using quality control and management tools. Main activities and Responsibilities: Elaboration of project quality plan (PQP) according to ISO 9001, including PHVA cycle. Definition, management, and control of KPIs. Coordinate quality control plan (QCP) for each project according to customer and product requirements. Manage coordination of FAT testing with HQ. Control of site documentation to comply with TOP folder delivery. Scheduling internal and subcontract audit plans as required. Manage and verify the closure of internal and external non-conformances. Facilitate lessons learned workshop and implementation for continuous improvement. Support in the facilitation of the risk workshop and ensure the implementation of action plans. Ensure that project documentation and quality records are developed and maintained. Apply quality and management tools in processes involving all departments. Performs audits of internal processes. Develop and monitor models of project management processes (including project reviews, kickoff meeting, handover, customer reports and others). Manage the status of technical and site documentation of the projects. Coordinate the field and service team with the Project Manager regarding activities reports. Be close to the Site Supervisors Coordinator, the Field Service Supervisor, and the Project Engineers Coordinator for update of management KPIs and for improvement in the internal processes. Coordinate the field team and the other members of the project team. Function Specific Knowledge: Advanced English Able to use Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, power Point and Outlook) Experience with Quality Management and Tools Education and Minimum Requirements: Engineerings or similar.
