- Required Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Msc degree is a plus
- Project Management experience of at least 5 years
- Experience of at least 10 years working in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Experience on the management of O&G EPCI projects
- Experience on the management of R&D projects is desirable
- Strong managerial and organizational skills to coordinate projects
- Professional certification required (PMI, PMP, PMBOK or PRINCE2)
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Portuguese and English language skills are mandatory. French is a plus.
**Activités**
- HSE & Quality: The employee shall perform his/her activities in compliance with TotalEnergies E&P Brasil HSE Management System
- Ensure that the R&D projects are technically, timely and budgetary on track.
- Manage projects from requirements definition through deployment, including implementation plan and risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- Revise when required the scope, schedule, and budget of the projects under his/her responsibility in liaison with the Technical Leader
- Coordination of the projects with local suppliers (universities, Brazilian Companies, and start-ups).
- Support the technical leaders on the organization of meetings with partners and suppliers.
- Review the project documentation, ensuring its delivery on due time, and its compliance with the Brazilian authorities' and funding bodies' requirements and regulations, notably that of ANP and EMBRAPII.
- Monitor and report the project's progress (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, HSE, contracts ), adjusting when necessary.
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources.
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Manage tasks, dates, and deliverables through Portfolio Management System.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels according to project work plan
**Contexte et environnement**
- Oil Companies based in Brazil are required to be in full compliance with the ANP 1% levy obligation through local and eligible R&D investments
- TEEPBR 1% obligation will increase in the coming years, what will require more R&D investments in Brazil to guarantee the Brazilian affiliate compliance with the ANP 1% Regulation, and avoiding as such important fines and the possible loss of TEEPBR's license to operate
- Brazil is a highly regulated country. Strict HSSE expectations and proper management demonstration to authorities is a mandatory prerequisite prior to any operation. TEEPBR Brazil is a strategic affiliate for the Group.
- The national authorities request research projects that bring to Brazil a high scientific value to the local institutions and Industry.
- A fruitful cooperation with foreign research institutions is also envisaged by local authorities.
