As project manager, you will join Transformer Service R&D team, part of the Technology organization of business unit Transformers, leading Research and Development projects related to Transformer Service.Your ResponsibilitiesEnsure projects adhere to internal R&D standards, including integrated scheduling and cost controlCollaborate with the project team to identify and detail all essential tasks, forming the basis for realistic project scheduledDevelop and maintain project work and cost breakdown structures, creating resource-loaded schedules that track baseline, actual, and forecast dataMonitor project progress, analyse critical paths, notify Project Managers of deviations, and provide resource optimization suggestionsIssue regular progress reports, updates, and productivity data to customers and stakeholdersWork with the team to define necessary resources, evaluating the work breakdown structure and standard productivityMonitor costs/budgets, provide detailed estimates, analyse variances using earned value management, and advise on cost-related issuesManage changes in scope, assess their impact, and ensure the budget reflects these changesManage risks by assessing their priority, maintaining the risk register, and proposing mitigation plans, including timeline and cost impactsCommunicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding.Your backgroundMSc in Business, Engineering, or a related fieldProject management certificationOver 5 years of project management experienceExperience in transformers, high voltage, or the energy industry is highly valuedProficient in knowledge and experience capture methodologiesStrong technical and operational documentation skillsInnovative, with a creative approach to problem-solvingExcellent teamwork and interpersonal skills in international settingsHighly self-motivated with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindsetFluent in English, with additional languages being a plus
