About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on delivering top talent in various industries. This role is primarily centered on recruitment within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:- Approximately 5 years of recruitment experience.- Fluency in English.- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in recruiting for roles within the automotive industry.- Local Brazilian candidates- Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
