Position Summary The Regional Brand Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a consistent regional strategy across markets for our recently integrated portfolio of AF Dairy (Affordable + Adults), regarding portfolio reorganization, I&R pipeline, communication strategy, identifying opportunities to reach short and midterm objectives.
A day in the life of... Lead, develop and implement activities, ensuring sustainable profitable growth including (but not limited to): product and packaging renovation & innovation, new product development, communications, research, including consumer and shopper insight explorations, to fully understand the needs for the brands and the category.Develop a proposal and execute a strong, functionally aligned regional brand plan, including tracking the performance (Market & Financial), health and strategic alignment of the brand across the different markets and recommending action plans to course correct when needed. Propose and execute PFME investment.Contribute to the design and implementation of an I&R pipeline, interfacing with all stakeholder areas to ensure consumer centricity, alignment, viability and feasibility.Manage packaging design agencies and respective workflows for our brands, interfacing with all functions/individuals responsible for providing information or assets required for project success. Ensure all parties involved in adaptation and artwork production have the required inputs to deliver accurate files, on-time following brand and packaging guidelines. Ensure artwork adaptation with the countries.Responsible for ensuring a flawless Idea to Launch process across the Zone, with strong interaction with the project manager.What will make you successful Minimum 8 years' experience in management in GD areas: Marketing / Sales / CDT.Experience in regional/global management.Experience working in cross-functional teams.Fluent English (written and spoken).Strong communication skills.
