Known for its commitment to innovation and excellence, the company operates from its strategic location in Greater Campinas and has a significant presence across the LATAM region.DescriçãoDevelop and implement regional recruitment strategies.Source and recruit for a wide variety of candidates - professional, administrative, skilled employees, sales team, after sales - technicians and leadership positions using the IA tools available for the recruiting center and follow the SLA (service level agreement) previously defined.Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines up to date.Stay up to date about recruitment trends and best practices as well as social media recruiter and various platforms and agile methodologies applied to recruiting.Assist with management of agency partner relationships for support during peak periods; but reducing overall annual spend and reliance on agency partners.Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations for each country and also aligned with the corporate employer branding.Build and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers and key leadership to understand and deliver on hiring needs.Conduct employment reference checks and New Hire Feedbacks.Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on recruiting activities; analyze reporting to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, responsible for SLA and Dashboards for your assigned countries.Develop and implement training initiatives and programs for Local HR and Hiring Managers.Identify top talent in the Business Services industry.Manage full-cycle recruitment processes.Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.Meet departmental hiring goals.Work closely with the Human Resources team.Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws.Provide reports and insights on recruitment metrics.Perfil desejávelA successful Regional Recruiting Specialist LATAM should have:A comprehensive understanding of full-cycle recruiting.Graduate and post-graduation diploma or equivalent required.Must have recruiting experience for senior positions and high volume positions in different cultures inside South or Latin America.Using AI tools available and Success Factors system - SAP for HR, recruiting module.Strong experience full cycle recruiting required, preferred coming from executive searching firms.Prior experience recruiting for Regional structures is a plus.Must have excellent computer skills, proficient typing skills, and the ability to navigate web-based programs with ease; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suites required.Demonstrated ability to lead, train, develop, and coach others.Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Portuguese, English and Spanish.Must have strong analytical skills and excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.Must have the ability to work well in a team environment with a demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships.Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and self-motivation.Must have strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisions independently.Knowledge of LinkedIn platforms highly preferred.Must possess knowledge of applicant screening techniques.Familiarity with a wide variety of talent sourcing in LATAM.Must be highly flexible and able to operate in an environment of constant change.Must be able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time.Business Acumen and Composure.Great team spirit and agile mindset.O que está sendo ofertadoA comprehensive package of benefits.An opportunity to work in a vibrant and innovative company culture.
