Release Manager

Summary: The client is looking for a Release Manager: Release managers coordinate with different stakeholders for requirements, testing, and release calendar of necessary components.
They ensure a synchronous running of day-to-day processes.
Planning with several software development teams is a part of the release manager's duty.
Responsibilities: Manage our regular release cycle.
Manage iOS and Android app releases on AppStoreConnect and Google Play Console.
Oversee the configuration of our test and production environments.
Provide release status updates to a wide range of stakeholders.
Facilitate the creation of both internal and client-facing release notes.
Develop and maintain documentation related to release processes.
Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Product teams on addressing ad-hoc requirements.
Continuously improve the release process to address the changes in technology and the growing complexity of our system.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience working with production software applications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to cope with a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Ability to troubleshoot and work with the Engineering team to solve technical problems.
Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
