**About the role**:
We are looking for a skilled Replo Landing Page Developer and Optimization Specialist to join our team and take charge of our landing page development process. As the primary expert in using Replo, you will play a crucial role in creating and optimizing landing pages for our brand to drive conversion rates and achieve our marketing goals. The tool is mostly drag-and-drop with a robust visual editor, but some coding is needed for customizations.
Collaborating with our design team, marketing, and account management teams, you will be responsible for conceptualizing new landing page angles, translating Figma designs into high-converting Replo landing pages, and measuring performance. Your ability to AB test and analyze user behavior will be essential in iterating and refining landing pages to continually improve performance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and conduct AB tests on landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
- Create wireframes and outlines for landing pages based on designs from the Figma design team.
- Develop Replo landing pages from the approved designs and ensure their seamless functionality.
- Work closely with marketing and account management teams to align landing pages with brand objectives.
- Analyze user behavior on landing pages and provide detailed performance reports.
- Continually conceptualize, draft, and implement new variations of top-performing landing pages.
- Utilize UI/UX principles to enhance the user experience and overall design aesthetics.
- Possess a basic understanding of CSS and HTML to handle minor coding requirements when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in developing and optimizing landing pages, preferably using Replo.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct AB tests and interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with UI/UX and familiarity with design collaboration tools like Figma and experience turning designs into functional landing pages.
- Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML
- Proven experience working with marketing and account management teams to achieve brand and conversion objectives.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality in all aspects of landing page development.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset to assess user behavior and conversion metrics critically.
- Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
