Job Summary: As a Researcher at Venture People, you will support the recruitment team by identifying and sourcing high-potential candidates for various roles within our startup clients. Your work will be critical in building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring that we can meet the diverse needs of our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in talent acquisition and gain deep insights into the startup ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Talent Sourcing: Utilize various methods, including job boards, social media,databases, and networking events, to identify and source potential candidates. - Candidate Screening: Assist in the initial screening of candidates to assessqualifications, experience, and cultural fit. - Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends,talent availability, and competitive landscape. - Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant trackingsystem (ATS) accurately and efficiently. -Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand client needs andsupport the recruitment process. - Engagement: Engage with potential candidates through various communication channels tobuild relationships and maintain their interest. - Performance Tracking: Monitor and measure sourcing activities to ensure theeffectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong interest in startups and the innovation ecosystem. - Excellent research and analytical skills. - Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for sourcing and research. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. - Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow. - Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms. - Digital Fluency: Comfortable using ATS, LinkedIn, and other digital tools. - Networker: Ability to build and leverage a strong professional network. - Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the startup landscape and key industry players. - Ethical Conduct:High ethical standards and integrity in all interactions. - Content Consumption: Engages with industry content to stay updated on trends and bestpractices. - Attitude and Resilience: Demonstrates a positive attitude and resilience in the face ofchallenges. - Empathy: Shows empathy towards candidates and clients, understanding their needs andconcerns.
