This role is responsible for responding to incoming reservations. You will help ensure strong conversion of reservations enquiries and maximum average room rate at all times. In explaining our resort facilities, you will maximize sales opportunities; and at all times monitor quality of reservations, statistical information provided and inter-departmental communications.Immediate start available - we have full-time and part-time opportunities!You will:Promptly answer all requests for reservations and record them accurately.Maintain strong communication with other resort departments.Promote up selling of resort services and upgraded room categories.Assist fellow ambassadors where necessary.QualificationsOur ideal candidate will possess:Strong communication skills.Experience with reservations systems, Opera preferred.A high level of attention to detail.Experience in a hotel environment is an advantage.Flexibility to work a rotating roster including some evenings, weekends, public holidays and school holidays.Additional InformationWhen you become one of our Heartists, you will also be a member of the Accor group with all the benefits that brings.
