About the Role As a rapidly scaling, high-growth data company, the appetite for revenue intelligence has never been greater. YipitData's expanding Revenue Analytics team offers an exciting opportunity to enter on the ground floor of a high-visibility function and directly contribute to the company's continued expansion. Our team's mission is to enable the Revenue team to hit their targets by aggregating critical data and by identifying, presenting, and tracking insights, trends, and performance across all parts of the revenue machine. As our Revenue Analytics Associate , you will support the Revenue team through reporting, dashboarding, and ad-hoc queries. This role requires a solid understanding of data sources and analytics tools, with a focus on producing accurate data and reports, mastering data visualization basics, and demonstrating excellent judgment when delivering insights. You will collaborate with our Sales, Client Strategy, and Marketing teams, as well as our executives to: Aggregate and analyze data from various sources to support the Revenue team Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) Conduct ad-hoc queries to answer specific business questions and to solve blindspots by making everything measurable Perform quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and reliability Identify and address intelligence gaps to optimize revenue acquisition Capture and analyze performance metrics for Sales, Client Strategy, and Sales Development teams, as well as recommend workflow improvements Collaborate cross-functionally to build models, deliver insights, and inform business strategy Continuously improve our toolbelt and processes and display excellent judgment in doing so Why You Should Apply NOW: You will be joining a small, agile team on the ground-floor, with opportunities to own key components of the revenue analytics function You will have ample space for on-the-job learning (e.g., SQL, …), developing a key skill set for now and the rest of your career You Are Likely To Succeed If Have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Possess an analytical mind and are exhaustive in your pursuit of answers Demonstrate an inquisitive approach to problem-solving Are proficient in Excel/Google Sheet and data analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Power BI or similar) Are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for spotting issues Are committed to continuously improving yourself and elevating your peers Possess the ability to work independently and manage multiple data requests Communicate effectively when presenting data insights Have familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) For You You'll work with a New York-based team You will have the opportunity to acquire new skills through an internal training program Flex PTO for any reason, including sick days (no specified limits), flexible work schedule Personal laptop Health and wellness package Remote work
