At Billor, we are building the largest truck ecosystem in the US through a verticalized and integrated business platform with Fintech, Technology, and Freight Management to a highly fragmented market, with our mission centered around the driver's success.ResponsibilitiesConduct operational risk analyses, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities.Monitor and analyze risk performance indicators.Prepare periodic reports on the status of operational risks.Serve as a liaison between staff and management by analyzing and interpreting data for company procedures, policies, and workflows.Participate in the investigation of operational incidents and implement corrective actions.Identify and assess operational, strategic, and compliance risks that may affect the company, using appropriate risk identification and analysis methodologies.Collaborate with different areas of the company to identify and document the specific risks of each sector or project.Implement and monitor internal controls to reduce exposure to identified risks and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.Prepare reports and risk analyses for senior management and the board of directors, providing strategic information and recommendations for decision making.Keep up to date with best practices and trends in risk management, continually seeking to improve the processes and effectiveness of the area.Monitor and evaluate the external environment to identify changes in market, regulatory, or operational conditions that may impact the company's risks.Perform risk analyses to assess the probability and impact of adverse events and develop appropriate mitigation measures.Evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and propose improvements or new solutions to mitigate identified risks.Ensure compliance with information security, data protection, and privacy policies, identifying and mitigating risks associated with the management of sensitive information.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.Previous experience in operational risk management.Knowledge of risk management methodologies (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO).Advanced analytical skills, with experience in collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately.Preferred QualificationsSpeak Spanish.Certifications in risk management (e.g., CRISC, FRM).Experience in regulated sectors, such as finance or telecommunications.Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics (using SPSS, SAS, Excel).Entrepreneurial mindset, with an innovative approach to business planning.
