Sales Assistant - Fluent English | Long-Term Opportunity with an American Company

Attractive Benefits:

Fixed Salary:

R$ 3,000.00.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (BRT), with a 1-hour lunch break.
100% Home Office Position.
Career Plan:

Opportunity to advance to the Sales Executive position within 90 days or remain in the current position.

Responsibilities:

Support Senior Sales Representatives:

Conduct cold calls with prospects and investigate opportunities.
Sales Support:

Assist in preparing sales documentation, managing client meeting schedules, and providing administrative support to enhance the sales process.
Proposal Preparation:

Draft and refine sales proposals and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
Lead Generation and Research:

Conduct lead research to gather information that supports customized sales strategies.
Utilize Tools:

Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for advanced prospecting and networking.
Leverage Internal Training Opportunities:

Participate in training and mentoring opportunities to acquire essential sales skills.

Requirements:

Preferred:

Ongoing or completed higher education.
Business-level Communication Skills in English:

Both written and verbal.
Comfortable with Technology and CRMs.
Experience:

At least 1 year in sales (preferred).
Ability to Work Effectively in a Results-Oriented Environment:

Manage multiple priorities.
Ability to Build Rapport and Trust:

With clients and team members.
