Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Portuguese-speaking Sales Retention Agent for their Limassol office.
Position: Sales Retention Agent
Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote the company's products and servicesDevelop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clientsConvert high quality leads into long-lasting customersIncrease chances of future salesEnsure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment givenKeep up to date with the financial markets.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in Portuguese, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)Previous experience in same / similar role in Forex & CFD Industry is esentialComputer savvinessAbility to work with deadlines & targetsManagement and mathematics skillsGreat objection-handling skillsAvailability to start/join with the short notice.
