We are seeking a skilled Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team.
This role involves configuring new instances and business units within Marketing Cloud, suggesting technical improvements, and maintaining effective communication with clients.
The ideal candidate will support prioritizing demands based on effort and technical complexity, document technical requirements, and provide detailed technical guidance for constructing customer journeys.
Additionally, the role includes training clients, offering internal and external technical support, validating delivered activities, and executing health checks.
Responsibilities: Configure new Marketing Cloud instances and business units (BUs).
Suggest technical improvements for ongoing projects.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients.
Support in prioritizing demands by assessing effort versus technical complexity.
Document technical requirements for project execution.
Provide technical detailing for the construction of customer journeys.
Conduct training sessions for clients.
Offer internal and external technical support.
Validate delivered activities to ensure quality and accuracy.
Execute health checks to maintain system integrity.
Requirements At least 3 years of practical experience in Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency in SQL and Ampscript.
Knowledge of CRM and Marketing principles.
Storytelling ability to convey complex ideas simply.
Strong analytical thinking skills.
