Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead our SAP projects from planning through execution to completion.
The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, risk management, quality assurance, and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Set KPIs to monitor project progress.
Project Execution:
Lead cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
Monitor and ensure adherence to project plans.
Resolve project issues and manage scope changes.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain open communication with project stakeholders.
Provide regular updates, status reports, and presentations.
Manage expectations and act as the primary project contact.
Resource Management:
Allocate resources to meet project requirements.
Collaborate with resource managers to ensure skilled personnel availability.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure quality of SAP deliverables and implement best practices.
Conduct regular quality reviews and address deviations.
Budget and Cost Management:
Monitor expenses and manage project finances.
Identify opportunities for cost savings.
Change Management:
Develop strategies to minimize disruptions during SAP implementations.
Facilitate end-user training and adoption.
Post-Implementation Support:
Transition projects to support and maintenance teams.
Conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of SAP systems and modules.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
