In the world of RedBull, everyone is welcome. The SAP Project Specialist acts upon the global IT strategy and is responsible for the coordination of the different SAP initiatives across LATAM.

In close alignment with the local and global finance teams, as well as the local and global IT teams, the SAP Project Specialist creates a prioritized development roadmap as a basis for our business planning cycles, the development and sprint planning, as well as the transportation of changes within the SAP system.

The SAP Project Specialist ensures the quality of the different e-governance and tax modules by checking the development and customization done by the external partners.
They align closely with the SAP business application team at Headquarters to ensure knowledge exchange and awareness of upcoming projects.
Apart from the e-governance topic, the SAP Project Specialist ensures a high support quality of SAP support by aligning overall support KPIs with the global teams and by analyzing and escalating critical tickets.
