Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role (located in São Paulo (Cotia), SP. for a SAP SD Specialist working in our 2nd Level Support team at WÜRTH IT BRASIL. You will analyze and resolve system issues, troubleshoot and debug problems, and provide technical support to end-users. Additionally, the SAP SD Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades. It is required to be in the office 2-3 days per week. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Proven experience (at least 3 years) as an SAP SD Specialist or similar role Strong configuration knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Advance knowledge in ABAP debugging Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English
