Requirements
We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Scrum Master / Project Manager, with the ability to lead development teams through Agile and Kanban Methodologies.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate operational excellence, project management adaptability, and a deep understanding of the technologies and solutions the team is tasked with maintaining and supporting.
+5 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager;
Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in software development, working on complex projects with teams of 5 to 15 people;
Strong understanding and experience in Agile and Kanban; Certifications in Scrum (CSM, PSM) and/or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2);
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail;
Proficient in software and project management tools;
