Help Electrolux Group keep shaping living for the better, and we'll help you open the path to your success.In detail, you will:Review security practices and develop correction plans to ensure corporate and local compliance;Provide training to Electrolux personnel in areas such as loss prevention and security awareness;Lead and liaise with security vendors (Physical and Electronic Systems) to ensure terms of contracts and new requests;Ensure effective electronic security systems and technologies for present and future applications and/or security projects;Work closely with various stakeholders and business clusters, including site managers, legal, labour relations team, facilities management, and others to ensure compliance and effective risk management;Develop and maintain a cooperative business relationship with local law enforcement agencies;Implement security programs according to the guidelines in the GSP (Group Security Program) to prevent, detect, or react to known or suspected threats and/or criminal activity against the company;Conduct investigations and perform general security duties and advice on Sites & Asset Protection, Transport & Cargo Security, Travel Risk Management, and Executive Protection to senior management;Prepare high-quality written reports of investigations that provide a clear and logical account of the allegations, key findings, and conclusions;Be responsible for the Incident Management System, registering and investigating events within the region;As part of the culture of continuous improvement, be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).Who you are:You have:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields;Solid experience in compliance, investigations, audit, or a related field;Knowledge of electronic security systems (CCTV and Access Control) and Security Operations Center (SOC);Preferred security-related certificates such as Physical Security Professional (PSP), CBPB;Ability to generate and prepare security data/reports using PowerBI and/or advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint;Advanced English is a must;Intermediate Spanish desired;Ability to travel.Where you'll be:You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office.
