We strive to be agents of change, rather than a reporting function. We're integrated with the business units and partner closely with them to evaluate key questions, solve problems, and drive results. Additionally, through our corporate development efforts, we are deeply involved in long-term planning and major strategic decisions for the company.What you'll doAs a Senior Accountant, you will work in the finance team to prepare our financial demonstratives and coordinate our audit process. We operate in an industry that involves imports, exports, national sales, "comodato" and services, which you will need to navigate to make our Fiscal and Accounting demonstrations. This will also include implementing and configuring our ERP in the Mexico and US entities.ResponsibilitiesPreparation and review of our books for audits and financial statements.Closing process revision from our US/Mexican entities.Implementation of accounting processes across the group.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting and active CRC.4+ years of finance and/or accounting experience.Experience with accounting in a US company.Strong communication, teamwork, quantitative and analytical skills.Excel proficiency.Experience with SAP.Advanced/Fluent English.Bonus Points2+ signed balance sheets.Familiarity with Spanish-speaking.Experience with multiple companies' balance consolidation.CompensationCompetitive salary and stock options.Optional fully funded English/Spanish courses.30 days of paid annual leave.Education and courses stipend.Earn a trip anywhere in the world every 4 years.Day off during the week of your birthday.Up to R$1.000/mo for meals and remote work allowance.Health plan with national coverage and without coparticipation.Dental Insurance: we help you with dental treatment for a better quality of life.Gympass and Sports Incentive: R$300/mo extra if you practice activities.
