Senior Back End Developer

This approach enables targeting with the most relevant content, enhancing engagement and accelerating pipeline growth.The PositionWe are seeking a proactive and skilled Backend Engineer to join our team.This role involves supporting long-term initiatives, reducing the workload of our Lead Developer, and collaborating with our Campaign and Operations team.The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in backend technologies, problem-solving skills, and be a team player with an open mind.ResponsibilitiesSupport and collaborate with our Lead Developer on various backend tasks.Meet 2-4 hours per week between 9am - 11am CST with the Campaign and Operations team to discuss issues, review roadmap features, identify and resolve bugs, and provide general support.Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Node.js.Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases.Identify and resolve bugs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.Proactively solve problems and improve existing processes and systems.Contribute to the planning and execution of long-term initiatives.Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. Qualifications3-4 years of experience working with Python, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.Bonus: Experience with React, HubSpot HubL, Scrapy, or Selenium.Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Open-minded and proactive in identifying and solving issues.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and requirements.
