Senior Business Analyst

Project Description:As a part of our growing cooperation with a small and well organized US based Investment Bank we are building a team to deliver on a set of regulatory requirements.Project to be built from scratch by one agile team, based on technology already used by customer.Responsibilities:- Requirement gathering, system analysis, functional and technical specifications development- Partnering with business teams to clearly document requirements and workflows for new developments- Helping write JIRA stories for the workstreams as needed- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in the business- Delving into complex system infrastructure- Working with the development teams to ensure business needs are metMandatory Skills Description:5+ years of proven experience in Business AnalysisExperience in Capital Markets, particularly in Regulatory ReportingProficiency in gathering, analyzing, and translating user needs into Functional Specifications.Expertise in identifying, documenting, and validating Non-functional requirementsStrong Knowledge of SDLCFamiliar with Data Exchange Methods: REST, queues, and other integration mechanisms.Comprehensive Understanding of Data Formats: XML, JSON, CSVStrong understanding of Data Mapping, Validation, and ETL challengesKnowledge of SQLProficiency in Visualization Tools: Visio, Draw.io, or similar software to create comprehensive diagrams and process flows.Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approachesNice-to-Have Skills Description:Hands-on experience with MurexTechnical backgroundLanguages:English: C1 Advanced
