Project descriptionAs a part of our growing cooperation with a small and well organized US based Investment Bank we are building a team to deliver on a set of regulatory requirements.
Project to be built from scratch by one agile team, based on technology already used by customer.
ResponsibilitiesRequirement gathering, system analysis, functional and technical specifications developmentPartnering with business teams to clearly document requirements and workflows for new developmentsHelping write JIRA stories for the workstreams as neededDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in the businessDelving into complex system infrastructureWorking with the development teams to ensure business needs are met
SkillsMust have5+ years of proven experience in Business AnalysisExperience in Capital Markets, particularly in Regulatory ReportingProficiency in gathering, analyzing, and translating user needs into Functional Specifications.Expertise in identifying, documenting, and validating Non-functional requirementsStrong Knowledge of SDLCFamiliar with Data Exchange Methods: REST, queues, and other integration mechanisms.Comprehensive Understanding of Data Formats: XML, JSON, CSVStrong understanding of Data Mapping, Validation, and ETL challengesKnowledge of SQLProficiency in Visualization Tools: Visio, Draw.io, or similar software to create comprehensive diagrams and process flows.Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
