This role demands a deep understanding of Local Service Ads (LSAs) and Google Ads, combined with a passion for client engagement and exceptional communication skills. You will optimize LSA accounts for clients across various industries, develop comprehensive reports, and foster strong client relationships. You're excited about this opportunity because you will: Lead and develop client reports while managing Local Service Ads accounts. Apply and refine best practices for Local Service Ads and Google Ads, staying updated on platform changes. Collaborate closely with the Ads team to execute and enhance client LSA strategies. Engage in continuous learning to stay ahead of industry trends and apply this knowledge to optimize campaign performance. Monitor and analyze campaign data, providing clients with strategic insights and actionable recommendations. Collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure campaign success We're excited about you because you bring: Extensive experience with Local Service Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English required to facilitate effective communication with with clients (English language proficiency will be assessed during the interview process) Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles, especially over the phone Strong analytical and decision-making skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team These competencies will make you fit right in: Advanced analytical skills and expertise in report creation. Proficiency in the technical aspects of Google Local Services Ads and Google Ads. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including effective email and telephone etiquette.
