Joom's offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Brazil and Portugal.

Now we are looking for a Senior HR Administration Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing a range of HR functions, including employee insurance coordination, onboarding, document management, and interaction with the head office on HR matters. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of labor laws in Brazil and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities Handle HR administrative tasks, including preparing HR documents, signing documents with employees, storing them, transferring data to payroll, and ensuring timely registration in the social system. Over time, manage full HR administration with the provider focusing only on payroll services Coordinate employee insurance through the provider. Engage directly with the insurance company when necessary Organize and track medical check-ups for employees Prepare meal and transportation cards for office staff Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR-related questions Liaise with the head office on emerging HR issues Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and effective integration into the company Requirements Strong knowledge of labor law and experience with Brazilian HR management Fluent English and Portuguese High level of precision and attention to detail Excellent flexibility and adaptability Preferred Experience in building processes from scratch International work experience Experience working in a small company We are offering CLT employment with all benefits according Brazil labour law Flexible working hours and 30 days of paid annual leave Extended health insurance for the employees, their spouses, and children, including dental care coverage 100% paid sick leaves Personal development: professional events, workshops, English classes, corporate library Daily meal allowance Annual team retreats
