Senior Key Account Manager

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Identify opportunities for new business within existing accounts and work to expand our footprint. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver tailored solutions for clients. Prepare and present regular business reviews to key accounts, showcasing performance metrics and growth opportunities. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales forecasts, and pipeline management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A postgraduate degree and/or MBA is a plus. Advanced/fluent English is mandatory. Over 10 years of experience in the position in this segment. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Previous experience working at telecommunications company is desirable.
