Lead the planning and execution of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) upgrade projects.? Conduct workshops to understand Business processes and assess the impact of the upgrade.? Develop and implement upgrade strategies, including data migration, system integration, and testing.? Ensure compatibility of customizations and extensions with the new Oracle EBS version.? Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth transition.? Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support end-user training.? Provide post-upgrade support and troubleshooting.Qualifications:? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.? Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS implementation, Upgrade, Rollout and support.? Strong understanding of Oracle EBS SCM modules and their interdependencies.? Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports.? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.? Fluent in Portuguese and English.Preferred Skills:? Experience with Oracle EBS R12.? Knowledge of supply chain management and exposure to financial modules.?
