You will seek to continuously improve our processes and employee engagement. You will report to the Manager, Global Payroll, and work closely with LATAM HR, Legal, Accounting, LATAM Controller, external accounting firm, in-country payroll partners as well as employees and managers.Work Model:Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs.
