The tech platform can handle billions of daily requests, process terabytes of raw daily data, and optimize clients' business. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will join the Ad Intelligence and Forecasting team. This role involves looking at the history of requests and forecasting using Machine Learning algorithms.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign new software and web applications, support applications under development, and customize current applicationsAssist with the software update process for existing applications and roll-outs of software releasesProvide technical leadership throughout the design process and recommend practices, procedures, and techniquesResearch, write, and edit documentation and technical requirementsProduce technical specifications and determine operational feasibilityDevelop software verification plans and quality assurance proceduresIntegrate software components into a fully functional systemPartner with global teams to incorporate innovationsGuide and mentor junior software engineersProvide support for the product during on-call rotations to resolve technical issuesREQUIREMENTS5-8 years of hands-on work in Machine Learning and Big DataExtensive experience in machine learning algorithms implementation with Python or ScalaExperience with data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, etc.Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud PlatformExperience with large system software design and developmentExperience with distributed systems and mission-critical systems preferredDemonstrated expertise in problem-solving and technical innovationStrong passion for learning/practicing new technologyKnowledge about SDLC, Agile, and Software Engineering MethodologyStrong ability and persistence in technical supportStrong sense of responsibility, commitment, and proactivenessAt least Upper-Intermediate level of English
