As a Product Manager, you will play a big role in the development and success of our Tymy product.
You'll be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, focusing on meeting customer needs and achieving business objectives.Responsibilities: Develop a product strategy and vision for TYMY product in Brazil that meets users' needs and supports business growth.Identify and prioritize tasks based on their commercial impact, develop and implement strategies that drive business success.Take ownership of the product roadmap, ensuring a balanced approach that aligns short-term goals with a long-term vision based on data analytics.Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, analysts, researchers, and business teams (sales & marketing).Support the product at all stages: launch, onboarding, legal approvals if required, maintenance, etc.Conduct Custdev and UX research, identifying product growth points.Prioritize tasks for the development team, grooming, and backlog management.Create technical specifications for designers and developers.Create User Stories and CJM.Collect feedback from support, customer service, and other channels.Participate in negotiations with heads of departments of client companies, identify their needs and formulate commercial terms and offers if required.Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager/Product Manager within the fintech/e-commerce sector for at least 3 years.In-depth knowledge of B2B fintech/e-commerce trends, technologies, and customer behaviors.Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work with product metrics and make data-driven decisions.Fluency in English (B2 or higher).#J-18808-Ljbffr
