**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Manage the entire development phase including the resources assigned to the project until transition/closure.
- Define a detailed project plan - manage, monitor and ensure the project is executed according to the defined plan.
- Proactively prepare for all upcoming deliverables.
- Identify risks with the project early and take steps to avoid/minimize the impact of these risks.
- Regularly communicate to the stakeholders including the clients about the project progress
- Manage changes efficiently, and communicate to the stakeholders on the impact of changes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and meet the client expectations
- Represent the client to the internal teams while providing the leadership, guidance and the support to them.
- Managing multiple projects at a time

**Expected Qualifications and Skills**:

- A degree in IT/CS or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years(Senior PM) of project management experience
- Excellent leadership and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Strong business sense
- PMP or any project management certification would be an advantage
- Worked with foreign clients, worked on HR domain would be advantage
