**Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Facilitating timely and comprehensive intake sessions with hiring managers to refine role requirements and potential sourcing pools.
- Providing frequent updates to hiring managers and collaborating with HR partners.
- Establishing and developing amiable relationships with hiring managers while promoting industry best practices to enhance their recruitment strategies.
- Participating in any other recruitment-related assignments or activities as directed.
- Adhering to all employment laws and legal requirements for the U.S. and Latin America.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced level of English
- Intermediate level of Spanish
- Minimum 3 of years experience recruiting nonexempt positions
- Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Strong professional presence; including excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in taking initiative and solving problems
The following skill sets are _preferred_:
- Experience recruiting for U.S. based roles
- Experience with Workday Recruit - ATS system
