Senior Safety Manager
is responsible for setting principles, frameworks, processes, and measures to release an item free of unreasonable risk when operated in an intended context as per ISO 26262 for customer developments.
Responsibilities:
Create a proper interface between the relevant customer contact partners and the safety team.
Gather the expectations from the customer and transfer them to the safety team, monitoring their achievement.
Coordinate the safety activities for project safety development.
Monitor the agreements made between the customer and the safety team.
Coordinate the safety activities (ISO-26262 Parts 2, 4, 5, 6).
Responsible for the Safety Plan and DIA.
Monitor and control the safety activities according to the safety plan and/or DIA.
Escalate deviations from the safety plan and/or DIA.
Monitor parties and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of work products.
Gather metrics about the status of safety activities.
Report periodically on the status of activities.
Gather safety cases and safety release recommendations.
Conduct impact analysis of processes open points.
Responsible for the component safety release recommendation.
Act as a contact partner for audit/assessment topics.
Coordinate the audit and confirmation review activities (ISO-26262:2 6).
Responsible for safety audit/assessment plan.
Analyze process open points and provide possible solutions.
Responsible for creation of templates.
Review release recommendations and ensure correctness and completeness against input requirements and ISO 26262.

or B.Sc.
in Electrical, Power Electronics, Mechatronics.
Experience in ePowerTrain, HPEV.
EMI/EMC experience in ISO 26262-Engineering.
Experience in quality standards.
