Impact is what we deliver.Mission:As a Senior Salesforce Architect, your mission is to lead the architecture and implementation of CRM-related initiatives, including Salesforce Service Cloud, B2B, and C2C commerce solutions. You will ensure that all solutions align with business objectives while maintaining scalability and integration efficiency across platforms.Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of CRM-related architecture, focusing on Salesforce Service Cloud, B2B, and C2C commerce solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, ensuring solutions meet these objectives.Ensure all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices for integration with existing systems.Work closely with other architects and technical teams to facilitate cross-platform integrations and data flows.Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on CRM-related initiatives to ensure alignment with overall enterprise architecture.Stay abreast of industry trends and Salesforce innovations to recommend enhancements and improvements to existing solutions.Mentor and support junior team members in architectural best practices and CRM solution design.Requirements:Proven experience in designing and implementing CRM solutions, specifically Salesforce Service Cloud, B2B, and C2C commerce.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration methodologies.Experience with cloud architecture and related technologies.Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Advanced English level.Nice to Haves:Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.Knowledge of additional CRM platforms and tools.Experience in data migration, data modeling, and data governance within CRM systems.CI&T is an equal-opportunity employer.
