Today there are 30,000 companies using dbt every week, 100,000 dbt Community members, and over 4,100 dbt Cloud customers.The Cloud Config team is at the heart of some of the most complex integrations powering dbt Cloud, including git providers, Slack, and data warehouses. As we scale our product, we have to support a diverse set of new warehouses, auth mechanisms, and git providers. In this role, you'll be working across teams, features, tools, and technologies to support a rich business-critical product surface area that our customers depend on for their day-to-day operations.In this role, you can expect to:Collaborate with many internal partners and product teams to design a rich product experience.Partner closely with other engineers on the team, product managers, and designers to implement enterprise-grade third-party integrations.Manage and monitor the systems you build at scale.Work with a variety of programming languages, systems, and technologies, including: Python, Django, gRPC, RabbitMQ, Postgres, Kubernetes, and AWS.Work with a variety of different systems/services - primarily git providers (GitHub, GitLab, and Azure DevOps) and data warehouses.You are a good fit if you have:Experience integrating third-party tooling (e.g., Stripe, Slack, git, data warehouses) into production software.A strong background in auth.A passion for understanding user needs.Self-starter abilities to lead a group of engineers from inception to implementation of ideas.Understanding of how to make trade-offs to ship useful features today without sacrificing long-term quality.Experience working asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team.You'll have an edge if you have:Strong knowledge of observability and debugging production issues at scale.Frontend/full-stack experience.Compensation and Benefits:Salary: 325,000 - 500,000 BRL per year.Equity Stake*Benefits - dbt Labs offers:Unlimited vacation (and yes we use it!).401k w/3% guaranteed contribution.Excellent healthcare.Paid Parental Leave.Wellness stipend.Home office stipend, and more!What to expect in the hiring process (all video interviews unless accommodations are needed):Interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner.Technical Interview with Hiring Manager.Team Interviews.Final interview with leadership team member.dbt Labs is an equal opportunity employer.
