Senior System Analyst, Application Support (Non Sap)

Be familiar with implementing medium and high complexity projects.
Ensure the design and construction of the correct system architecture
Interact strongly with the Global Team and follow the defined systems architecture guidelines.Job Responsibilities
Provide support to Non-SAP Systems
Liaise with service providers
Define technical and architectural solutions
Taking care of the ticket queue for NON SAP systems
Participate in projects
Provide innovative solutions to meet business requirements
Create high-level technical specifications, aiming at integration between systems
Discuss and align technical issues with project development team
Review and approve the final product before solution/technology go- live
Align proposed solution with the Global Team
Working hard with process optimization
Contribute to achieving the goals of the IT area and CorporateJob Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related major.
Minimum 5 years of working experience
Has application support experience in .Net technologies (C#, ASP.Net)
Experienced in supporting SAP & Non SAP Systems
Experienced in supporting forestry system such as SGF (desirable) /Sistema Gerenciamento de Floresta
Desirable experience in the pulp and paper segment
English Proficiency - Intermediate English
Experienced in the project lifecycle – management, planning and control
PMBOK / Agile Methodologies
ITIL
ServiceNow or Nexus (Desirable)
Good Team worker and has strong organizational and time management skills
