Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join our team supporting our Commercial Refrigeration business on applications and technical support.
You will need to have outstanding interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
You'll ensure that all customer's requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Driving continuous improvement through irreversible corrective actions to field issues and inspection analysis.Diagnose breakdown problems & troubleshooting in complex refrigeration and AC systems.Run quality inspections on field.Supervise start-ups on customer site.Prepare clear reports for support provided to customers.Develop and maintain technical tools to support customers (documents, videos, etc.
).Provide trainings (Face to face, webinars, etc.
).Periodic site and customer visits to support customers applications as well the internal sales team technically.Support on Commercial Refrigeration systems components calculation & selection.Willing and able to travel regionally and internationally.Potential, periodic after-hours emergency phone support (via phone).Minimum RequirementsThe ideal candidate possesses these skills:
Technician or Bachelor in Engineering degree is required (Control and Automation, Mechatronics, Refrigeration or Mechanical).Proven Senior experience on Commercial Refrigeration, including system automation and controls.
