If so, let's start the conversation.About the Opportunity:Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Process Transformation Consultant to analyze, document, and optimize workflows, driving complex operational transformations to enhance client business performance. This pivotal role ensures a well-defined Service Delivery Model, establishing standardized operating procedures and best practices across people, processes, and technology. The ideal candidate will lead our global multi-year transformation initiative, standardizing processes and documenting them to achieve consistent, cost-effective, and technology-driven operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Collect, define, and document current standard operating procedures.Develop and implement document management policies and procedures.Review and refine documentation for accuracy and completeness.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for document classification, filing, and storage.Support large-scale change management initiatives to align standard processes and best practices.Monitor document usage, access, and retention to ensure regulatory compliance.Establish standard documentation templates, formats, and styles in collaboration with internal teams.Maintain and update a centralized document database or library for easy retrieval.Facilitate process mapping sessions and workshops with clients and stakeholders.Communicate the benefits of process improvements to stakeholders and clients.Your Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, communications, information management, or a related field.3+ years of experience in process documentation, mapping, and change management.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent analytical, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative work across the organization.Familiarity with document management software and best practices.Experience applying Lean Six Sigma principles to process improvement and change management.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively with others.Fluency in English is required.Iron Mountain is committed to intentionally creating and supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce.
